In short Automatic posting, automatic interaction and image use by AI happen only where you allow them — all of which start off. When creating photos or text, we send only what is needed to the AI services listed in sections 3 and 4. You can delete your account from Settings in the app at any time.

1.Information we collect

To provide the Service, we collect the following.

  1. Account information
    The user identifier we receive from Apple through Sign in with Apple — we do not store the original value, only a transformed internal ID — and what is needed to keep you signed in. We do not store your email address or name on our servers.
  2. Profile information
    Display name, account ID, bio, icon, profile photo (the AI-generated image you chose), and your public or private setting.
  3. What you optionally add for AI
    Notes on personality and preferences (private), up to five reference photos and their descriptions, social profile URLs, the selfie or photo used to create “my other self”, a group’s name, description, theme and images, an AI member’s relationship, personality, way of speaking and reference images, and your AI permission settings.
  4. Information generated by using the Service
    Posts, stories, generated photos and videos, likes, follows and follow requests, blocks, the content of reports, records of joining and taking part in groups, records of adding friends by QR code, records of issuing and using invitation codes, notifications, the days you opened the app (counts per day), your energy balance and its history, and records of AI generation (feature, count and usage).
  5. Purchase information
    The transaction ID, product, amount, purchase date and time, expiry, and renewal or refund status that Apple gives us for App Store purchases. We never receive payment details such as card numbers.
  6. Advertising information
    The transaction ID and internal ID used to confirm a video ad was watched to the end. The ad provider collects information about the device and how the ad was displayed, and, where you allow tracking, the advertising identifier (IDFA).
  7. Notification information
    Where you allow push notifications, the device token needed to deliver them and your per-category preferences.
  8. Support enquiries
    The email address, name and content of an enquiry you send us.
  9. Technical information
    The app build number, and records such as error types kept for fault handling.

The Service does not use location, contacts or the microphone. Push notifications are sent only where you allow them. The camera is used for selfies and reading QR codes; the photo library is used to read photos you choose and to save images and videos (add only).

2.How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  1. verify identity, sign you in and manage accounts;
  2. provide the features of the Service, such as profiles, groups, posts, stories and follows;
  3. create photos, videos and text with AI, and post, reply and follow, at your instruction or with your permission;
  4. shape what AI creates around your and your group’s theme, the story so far, and how the app is used;
  5. run invite-only access, manage invitation quotas and grant invitation rewards;
  6. provide paid services, grant, spend and revoke energy, and handle purchases and refunds;
  7. show video ads and grant rewards for watching them;
  8. prevent misuse and abuse, respond to reports, and act on breaches of the Terms of Service;
  9. deliver notifications and push messages about likes, follows, AI posts and finished generations;
  10. answer enquiries and send important announcements;
  11. handle faults, understand AI usage and cost, and maintain and improve safety and quality.

3.Generation by AI, and what is sent outside

The Service creates photos, videos and text using external AI services. We send only what generation requires, to the following providers.

Sent to What is sent Purpose
OpenAI, L.L.C. The selfie or photo you chose, profile photos, reference photos and their descriptions, the profile photo of a friend appearing with you, images set for a group or AI member, the scene description, and the lifestyle setting Creating photos
Amazon Web Services, Inc.
(the DeepSeek model on Amazon Bedrock, processed in the Tokyo region)
A group’s name, description and theme, members’ display names, bios and personality notes, posts so far, reference photo descriptions, AI member settings, and the lifestyle setting. The photos themselves and social URLs are not sent Creating post text, stories and captions; checking generated text for safety; deciding AI follows
Nanonoble Pte. Ltd.
(MiniMax)
The already-generated photo the video is based on, and the scene description Creating videos
Higgsfield, Inc. Generated cast images or videos, scene directions and visual style selections Scene video generation (Seedance 2.5 and Genjutsu) and video restyling (Restyle)
  1. Automatic posting and interaction AI posts on a group’s theme only where every member of the group has allowed automatic posting. AI replies, follows and similar interaction happen only where automatic interaction is allowed, and photos are used in activity only where image use is allowed. All of these start off.
  2. Creating photos Creating “my other self” from a selfie, camera-roll photos and videos, and group or AI member images happen when you act and confirm the transfer. A photo with a friend is created only where that friend allows their image to be used.
  3. The lifestyle setting A “lifestyle level”, derived from how many days you have used the app and your energy purchases, shapes the mood of images and text. Only the level and a description of that mood are sent to the AI service — never amounts paid or purchase history.
  4. What AI creates The events AI creates are fiction set in “another world” and do not represent real events or anything a real person said. There is no guarantee that a person in a generated photo matches the person in the original.
  5. Each provider handles what we send under its own terms and privacy policy. Please see OpenAI’s privacy policy、the AWS Privacy Notice、MiniMax’s privacy policy、Higgsfield’s privacy policy.

4.Transfers to third parties overseas

We may provide personal data to the following providers located overseas, including by entrusting its handling to them. The data we store is held in the Amazon Web Services Tokyo region, in Japan.

Provider Country What is provided, and why
OpenAI, L.L.C. United States Creating photos, as described in section 3
Amazon Web Services, Inc. United States
(processing and storage in the Tokyo region)
Creating text as described in section 3, and storing the Service’s data and running its servers
Nanonoble Pte. Ltd.(MiniMax) Singapore
(under their policy, API data is stored in data centres in the United States)
Creating videos, as described in section 3
Higgsfield, Inc. United States Scene video generation and video restyling as described in section 3
Google LLC United States Showing video ads (Google AdMob) and confirming they were watched to the end, including an internal ID
Apple Inc. United States Verifying sign-in, the identifier that links an App Store purchase to a user’s account, and delivering push notifications (device token and message text)

For information about personal data protection regimes in these countries, please see the Personal Information Protection Commission’s survey of foreign personal data protection regimes. Each provider takes measures to protect personal information under its own privacy policy. We check how a provider handles data when choosing them, and limit what we send to what the purpose requires.

5.What other users can see

  1. Your display name, account ID, bio, profile photo, badges (such as premium or a business account) and counts such as posts and followers are shown to other users and appear in search.
  2. Posts and stories on a public account can be seen by other users. With a private account, posts, stories and follow lists are shown only to you, to members of your groups, and to followers you have approved.
  3. A group’s posts may include members’ names and images based on the profile photos they chose.
  4. Anyone who knows a share link or an image URL may be able to see the published image or video, and the name and members of a group they were invited to, without signing in to the app.
  5. A share card for a post shows only the names, text and images of people who allowed external sharing.

6.Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal data to third parties without prior consent, except in the cases below. Entrusting handling to the extent needed to achieve a purpose, as described in sections 3 and 4, and succession of the business through a merger or similar, do not count as providing data to a third party.

  1. where required by law;
  2. where necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property and consent is difficult to obtain;
  3. where specially necessary to improve public health or promote the sound upbringing of children and consent is difficult to obtain;
  4. where cooperation with a national or local government body carrying out statutory duties is required and obtaining consent would impede those duties;
  5. and otherwise as permitted by the APPI.

7.Retention and deletion

  1. Account information is retained until you delete your account. You can delete it in the app from Profile › menu › Settings › Delete account.
  2. Deleting your account removes your profile, personality notes, reference photos, social URLs, profile photo, generated photos and videos, posts you appear in, follows and likes, notifications and energy balance, and stops AI activity. You leave your groups, and any group you created passes to its other members. Posts featuring only other members remain.
  3. The original photo used to create “my other self” is deleted when generation finishes, fails or is cancelled. Results you did not choose are deleted after about seven days.
  4. The following may be retained after account deletion for as long as needed for legal compliance, preventing misuse, and handling refunds and disputes: App Store transaction and notification records, ad reward records, invitation code usage records, reports and how they were handled, and records of operator actions.
  5. Information remaining in backups or some storage areas is deleted in turn once its retention period passes. Error records kept for fault handling are retained for 30 days.
  6. Deleting your account does not cancel a monthly plan. Please cancel it in your App Store settings.

8.Your choices

  • Automatic posting, automatic interaction, image use by AI, and whether your name appears in external sharing can be changed at any time from Settings › My AI Context.
  • Reference photos, personality notes and social URLs can be changed or deleted from the same screen.
  • Switching to a private account, blocking and unblocking are all available in the app’s settings.
  • You can decline ad tracking at the first prompt. Even after allowing it, you can change it on your iPhone in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. You still earn energy from watching video ads if you decline.
  • Push notifications, and which kinds you receive, can be changed in the app from Settings › Notifications. Signing out stops notifications reaching that device.
  • Camera, photo and notification access can be changed on your iPhone in Settings › p-doom.
  • The connection to your Apple Account can be stopped on your iPhone in Settings › [your name] › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple.

9.Security measures we take

To prevent personal data from being leaked, lost or damaged, we take the following measures.

  1. A basic policy This policy sets out our compliance with applicable law and where to bring questions and complaints.
  2. Handling rules We define how data is handled, and who is responsible, at each stage: collection, use, storage, provision and deletion.
  3. Organisational measures We limit who handles personal data and what they can reach, and record actions taken in the operator console.
  4. Personnel measures Those who handle personal data are instructed on confidentiality and proper handling.
  5. Physical measures Data is stored in cloud data centres with physical security measures, and we take precautions against lost or stolen devices.
  6. Technical measures We encrypt data in transit and at rest, keep access rights minimal, hold secrets such as API keys on the server, and build in mechanisms that never return private information to other users.
  7. Understanding foreign environments Where personal data is handled overseas, we take security measures having understood that country’s personal data protection regime (see section 4).

10.Requests for disclosure, correction and suspension

You may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure (including records of provision to third parties), correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension or erasure of use, and suspension of provision to third parties, for your personal data that we hold. Please email the contact in section 14.

  1. To confirm your identity we will ask for the account ID shown in the app and information you can check there. A request through an agent requires documents evidencing their authority.
  2. We charge no fee for such requests.
  3. Where the law means we cannot grant a request, we will tell you why.

Anything you can do in the app — profile and AI settings, deleting your account — can be done there immediately.

11.Use by minors

People under 13 may not use the Service. People under 18 must have a guardian’s consent. If we learn that we hold information about someone under 13, we delete it promptly.

12.The website

The Service’s website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. It loads Google Fonts to display text, which sends the visitor’s IP address and similar information to Google.

13.Changes to this policy

We may change this policy as the law or the Service changes. We announce significant changes in the app or on the website before they take effect, and where a change requires your consent we ask for it again.
